Client Referrals

Anyone can refer a client to Meals on Wheels including family members, friends, a Hospital, GP, Rehab Facility, Community Nurse, Dietitian, Law Enforcement Agency, etc. You can even refer yourself. There are no waiting lists, and absolutely no contracts.  

It is suggested that if you are over 65 (or over 50 Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander) you contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422.

Once a client has been referred, our coordinator will contact them to discuss any special requirements and delivery of meals. Special diets are arranged as required.To start receiving Meals on Wheels simply  Contact Us vie email , or call us on 07 55961026. 

We are available to answer your questions between 8:00am and 12:00pm, Monday to Friday.
